E1 Technician
Job Description
Entry level apprentice assigned to scheduled service or as an installation assistant. Must be able to successfully communicate all company services. Serve the clients of the company by expertly servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems. The company "USP", (Unique Selling Proposition) is Comfort Made Simple! , so you must focus on technical excellence and customer satisfaction in order to help the team live up to its motto.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Wear "Shubees" while in the client's home, and maintain a neat work area when performing repair or scheduled service.
- Recheck the system one more time, after you've serviced or repaired it, before leaving the client's home, to make sure that the system is working properly and that we indeed fixed it right the first time.
- Always explain to the client what service you are performing and how our team provides more and better service than other companies do.
- Always be safety conscious, both on the job and while driving.
- Maintain company key performance indicators. Never sell the client a repair that they don't need. Proper inspection of the client's system, looking for ways to prevent breakdowns, and the proper use of Freedom Air's resources. Do the right job for the client, and everyone will win!
- Explain the benefits of newer higher efficient equipment to the client.
- Explain our FAMM (Freedom Air Monthly Maintenance) program to the client giving them the opportunity to join.
- Maintain your truck to be neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has. Park the truck for maximum impact of the "billboard" when possible.
